2.      Before the extruder is started, it is necessary to check whether the surrounding environment of the extruder is clean, the extruder manufacturer and power supply are in place, and the materials are ready or not.

3.      When the extruder is started up, it must be tested. Do not add materials first. Test for a few minutes to see if there is abnormal noise and peculiar smell. If the voltage, speed and sound are normal, the materials can be added and work normally.

4.      When the twin-screw extruder equipment is running, it is necessary to detect the running state of the extruder, especially the water temperature. If there is any abnormality, it should be handled in time.
