Adhesives, anti-copper agent layer is arranged between the copper tube and PPR plastic tube layer, and the one-time hot melt bonding co-extrusion composite becomes the overall structure, the "one-step method" extrusion molding process is as follows:

1. Copper pipe surface is handled;

2. Preheating;

3. Extrudes antimetal adhesive layer and PPR plastic layer respectively by the composite extrusion machine outside copper pipe, form the Cu-PPR pipe;

4. Composite die;

5. Cooling system;

6. check back finished product.
