The processing performance of PVC material is relatively narrow and its thermal stability is poor, so its processing temperature range is relatively narrow and its adaptability to machines and molds is poor. Generally, PVC pipes can be set between 160 ℃ - 210 ℃. The specific temperature still needs to be determined according to different extrusion equipment, molds and different specifications. Because the models and structures of different machines are different, there is a large gap in its plasticizing capacity. Therefore, the processing temperature of pipes with the same specification and formula on different machines can differ by 10 ℃ - 40 ℃. Generally, the processing temperature of PVC pipe is suitable for the smooth appearance and moderate strength of pipe blank when melting the pipe blank export mold.
