The process flow of the pipe extrusion production line is generally as follows:

First, after drying the raw materials, according to the formula requirements of the pipe forming materials, the raw materials are metered and loaded into the mixer, and the materials are mixed evenly at high speed. Then, the evenly mixed materials are stirred at low speed and cooled to below 40 ℃ before being put into the hopper of the extruder.

The materials in the hopper enter the extruder through the feed port of the barrel. The materials in the barrel are squeezed, sheared, and stirred. In addition, the influence of heating outside the barrel makes the temperature of the materials in the barrel gradually rise, and their physical state gradually changes from glass state to molten high elastic state, and finally becomes viscous fluid state to achieve complete plasticization.

As the screw continuously rotates at a constant speed, the uniformly plasticized molten material is extruded from the forming die at equal pressure and in equal amount to form the plastic pipe blank. After cooling and shaping, the pipe is cut according to a certain length to complete the extrusion.

Pipe extrusion equipment:

The pipe extrusion equipment consists of an extruder, a die, a sizing device, a cooling water tank, a hall off device and a cutting device. Among them, the commonly used die heads are straight through die heads, right angle die heads and side die heads. The sizing device generally includes internal pressure sizing and vacuum sizing.
