G Series PE Pipe Extrusion Line

G series PE pipe extrusion line is suitable for producing PE, PP, etc. plastic pipe and other polyethylene material. It features high automation, stable and reliable performance, high efficiency, etc.

The process of PE pipe production line:

First, the PE plastic particle is loaded into the loading door of the single screw extruder.

Second, the material becomes the fusion conformation after going through the screw cylinder, being heated up, mixed round and plasticizing.

Third, the fusion material goes through the calibration sleeve, vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank, and then become the pipes products.

Fourth, the pipe is pulled by the traction unit and sent into the cutter where the pipe is being cut according to the preset length, at the meantime, the cutting dust is removed by the dust-remover.

Fifth, the fixed-length pipe is being sent to the storage table, which has the auto-unloading function.

7. Meter-counting Printer: uses the hot press printing to print pigment held on a color ribbon onto plastic pipe materials, profile, or cable outer .Results are superior to those obtained using traditional ink printing methods. The metering counting is accurate, the print quality clear and sharp, performance reliable, and operation convenient. 8. Haul-off: caterpillar traction, independent frequency conversion drive motor, Japanese rotation encoder and MITSUBISHI speed regulator.

9. Cutting Machine: ring rotation of blade with chamfering function, which it has the advantages of low noise, no chip, energy saving and environmental protection.

10.  Single-station Coiler is mainly used to coil Aluminum-plastic composite pipes, cables, protective pipes, PE pipes and so on.
